No you do not need to be a member for searching properties online. Search through our extensive list of vacation properties from various locations in the world.

Q How do I make reservation?
All our property listings are available directly from owners or their approved property managers. Please contact them directly via email or phone for reservations. Click on Email owner link for the property listing you want to reserve and fill the form to send an enquiry. Rentals-byowner.com does not charge any commission for booking properties.

Q Can I send the same enquiry to multiple property owners?
Yes, you can send the same enquiry to as many property owners as you want. While browsing the property listings click on Add to Favorites button for all the property listings you want to send an enquiry. Then go to your favorites and click on Send enquiry to all. The enquiry will be sent to all the owners/managers for the properties in your favorites. This will save you a lot of time.

Q Why I cannot see any properties in the favorite list though I clicked on the Add to Favorites button?
Your Favorite listings are stored in a cookie hence you have to set your browser to accept cookies for this feature to work.

Q Whom should I contact if I have any questions?
If you have any questions about the website please send an email to feedback@vprbo.com. If you have any questions or need clarification about any property listing please contact the owner directly using the form available on the website. The email will be forwarded to the owner who will contact you within a reasonable amount of time. If you do not get any response please drop an email to us with the details and we will get you the required information. Rentals-byowner.com does not guarantee the information provided by our renters. Please verify all the details directly with the property ower before making a booking. Rentals-byowner.com will not be a party to any dispute between the renters and the property owners.

Use the form available online for submitting your feedback for the property you have rented. Good or bad your feedback will help thousands of other renters who will book properties using our website.
