Q How to I add a new property listing?
First you need to register and create an account. Click on the Advertise with us link on left and follow the steps.

Q Can I add more than one property listing?
Yes you can add as many listings as you want with your account.

Q How long does it take for my property listing to be approved?
After you add your property we will review the content and the photos to make sure it conforms with our acceptable content policy. After review we will approve your listing. An approval email with link to your property will be emailed to you. Please save this email for your future reference. The approval is usually done within hours. Our support staff works 7 days a week. It is important to note that our approval process does not involve correction of any typos or other language errors. Your content usually goes as you have entered.

Q How do I update my property listing?
Login to admin section using your user-ID and Password. After login click on Update/Delete Existing listing. This will show all the property listings under your account. Click on the Edit link of the property you want to edit and follow all the steps. After your property is edited the content will be reviewed again before your listing is approved. An approval notification will be sent again notifying you of the approval.

Q What is the recommended size for the Photos?
The recommended size for the listing details page is 256 x 192 and for the search results page is 148 x 100. If the photos you upload are of different size they will be resized. The clarity of the photos will change based on the size and quality of the photos uploaded.

Q When I change photos why are they not shown on my listing?
All updates including photos will be reviewed and approved before they are available for your listing. Hence your updated photos will be available on your listing within 1-2 business days.

Q Why my photos appear different then what I had uploaded?
All photos uploaded are re-sized in line with our requirements. Further photo files with higher sizes are compressed for faster loading of the web pages. Because of these the photos on the website may be slightly different than what was upload.

Q How do I update my calendar?
Login to admin section and click on Update Calendar. If you have more than one property listing on your account make sure you have selected the correct property from the property dropdown before updating the calendar.

Q Can I use this calender on my other website?
Yes feel free to use this calender for your listings on other websites or for your own website. You can access your calender using the following link http://rentals-byowner.com/viewcal.asp?id=xxx (replace xxx with your property listing number) For your convenience we provide a very easy to use Interface to update the calender.

Q Can I have guest comments for my property?
Yes please fill the form with the guest comments received from your customers for your property and they will start appearing on the website.

Q How do I update my account Information?
From Account Menu at the top click on update my info to update all your account information.

Q How do I update my password?
From Account Menu at the top click on change password.

Q How long will the free promotion be available?
We are currently providing FREE property listings for all the users. Though we cannot answer how long but we will strive to have some form of free advertising to be always available to our users.
